PP WOVEN BAGS
What is PP Woven Bags?

A PP woven bag is a durable and versatile bag made from woven Polypropylene fabric. This fabric is created by weaving polypropylene tapes or threads together, forming a strong, flexible, and lightweight material. Thanks to this woven structure, PP woven bags have high tensile strength, making them resistant to tearing and stretching, even when carrying heavy or fragile items.
Our woven PP bags come standard with a sewn bottom and open top, are designed to safely hold from 20 to 50 kgs and can be customized with flexographic printing on both sides for branding purposes.
How are PP woven bags made?
Tape Extruding: Polypropylene resin is melted and formed into thin tapes, which are then stretched to increase their strength and wound onto spools for weaving.
Weaving: The tapes are woven together on circular looms, creating a strong and flexible fabric. The weave pattern and density affect the bag’s properties.
Coating/Lamination (Optional): A layer of plastic or film is applied to the fabric to enhance its water resistance or other characteristics.
Printing (Optional): Designs, logos, or product information are printed onto the bag.
Cutting & Sewing: The woven fabric is cut into the desired shape and sewn together to form the finished bag.
